Supply Chain Manager for an Oil and Gas Plant

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Supply Chain for an Oil & Gas plant in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

Strategic sourcing of raw material and manage other Opex for the plant.

Managing day to day inbound and outbound logistics.

Monitor and control inventory levels and order quantities to ensure optimal stock levels.

Creation of PR/PO , Production order, Vendor code in SAP as per USER requirement

Creation of Vendor Code in Vendor Workflow / SAP System for plant purchases

Maintain supply chain inventory and records and prepare MIS on regularly basis as per requirement.

Processing of vendor invoices in timely manner and ensuring payments are made on time in line with agreed terms.

Vendor management – evaluation, assessment and development including compliance.

Negotiate with suppliers/transporters for achieving price targets.

Implement negotiated contracts and monitor contractual compliance.

Coordinate between Plant Operation team and Sales team for Smooth and fastest delivery of product & services

Comply with the Procurement and Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Requirements:

7-10 Years of SCM experience in a manufacturing plant / unit

BE/BTech preferred.

Knowledge of SAP

Must have logistics and transportation management experience.
