Roles and Responsibilities

  • 3 plus years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Client management, relationship management, team management.
  • Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, ensuring smooth joining and on boarding
  • Meet or exceed KRAs of self .
  • Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Recruitment experience of 3- 9 years
  • Experience into Oil & Gas ,Petrochemical, Chemicals,Manufacturing Recruitment (non IT) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Inter-personal Skills
  • High learning agility with good business acumen.
