Team Leader Civil & Structural
As the Team Leader, you will manage a team of professionals to deliver technical projects for various clients. You will oversee quality, planning, cost control, and reporting while ensuring technical execution. Collaborating with Senior Engineers, you’ll tackle challenges and guide the team’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Lead and motivate the team, offering coaching and growth opportunities.
Build and expand client relationships, identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales manager to explore market growth.
Qualifications:
HBO degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience in Structural & Civil Engineering, including management.
Familiar with engineering software (e.g., Tekla, SCIA Engineering, Revit).
Fluent in Dutch and English.
