- Lead the global IT End-to-End (e2e) Team Enterprise Services (focusses on business functions Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Warehousing & Logistics, Plant Maintenance etc. and the SAP ERP and HCM centric IT Services)
- Transform the IT delivery approach into a product-oriented and fully business-focused setup and act as business partner to internal customers
- Proactively develop and maintain a sustainable fit for purpose SAP strategy and roadmap and steer the Enterprise Services IT product portfolio accordingly
- Develop and provide right-sized and smart IT solutions, spanning from commodity to highly standardized solutions, based on SAP and non-SAP applications in the area of Enterprise Services
- Ensure e2e IT service delivery by performing business consultancy, business requirement identification & management, solution design & implementation and support
- Identify and collect business requirements and uncover emerging issues or needs by regularly communicating with main business stakeholders
- Ensure proper service lifecycle management including service level and continuity management
- Ensure close collaboration and knowledge exchange across IT e2e Teams and other IT and business units
- Plan and control dedicated IT e2e Team budgets and spend
- Perform operational provider management and steering

- University degree within a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Good understanding and overview of major business processes in Enterprise Services (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Warehousing & Logistics, Plant Maintenance etc.).
- Good understanding of IT service delivery, spanning from service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations, and continual service improvement.
- 3+ years practical work experience in operationally managing SAP landscapes and belonging processes, services and technologies.
- Proven background in governing (SAP) ERP landscapes.
- 3+ years practical work experience in an IT position with strong business relationship.
- Great ability to translate business needs into smart IT service designs and delivery roadmaps.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering and operating resilient fit for purpose IT solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with heterogenous stakeholder groups
- A self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong capability to lead, inspire, encourage and develop others.
- Adherence to company HSEQ requirements as well as company ethical guidelines and code of conduct.
- Good English written and oral skills, German is a plus.

Wintershall Dea will also bring its methane emissions intensity below 0.1 per cent by 2025 and maintain zero routine flaring of associated gas in its operations. In addition, we plan to reduce emissions resulting from the use of hydrocarbons by applying CCS and low-carbon hydrogen technologies, potentially building up a business abating 20-30 million tonnes of CO2 per annum by 2040.
