The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work across Poland portfolio, with particular focus on Baltyk projects 
  • Act as local deputy to Project Directors and Facility Leads 
  • Understand local supply chain and develop and maintain local content strategies  
  • Facilitate meetings and relationships with local suppliers 
  • Understand relevant authority rules and regulations  
  • Ensure information flow and alignment between technical and procurement scopes 
  • Where required, act as interface between partners and Norway-based project team and participate in local meetings 
  • Ensure experience transfer between projects

  • Fluency in Polish and English languages 
  • Experience from large-scale construction projects and/or energy sector 
  • Project management experience 
  • Self-starter with a commercial mindset 
  • Ability to build relationships across locations 
  • Master’s degree in Engineering 
  • 5-10 years working experience
