Technical Sales / Business Development Manager ✍ (Travel Required)
Full-Time | Engineering Solutions | Capital Equipment
Delighted to be working on the below role with one of my loyal clients. They are looking for a dynamic technical sales professional with a passion for engineering systems and a strong understanding of hydraulic / capital equipment to develop strategic relationships across the U.S. market.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and build new customer relationships and sales channels
✅ Develop and implement marketing strategies for engineered systems
✅ Evaluate current sales partners and customer performance to uncover growth opportunities
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and support quotations
✅ Lead technical and sales training for partners
✅ Represent the business at industry trade shows and events
✅ Report monthly activity and progress to senior leadership
The ideal candidate?
✔ Proven experience in technical sales and business development
✔ Degree qualified – ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✔ Familiar with hydraulic/pneumatic capital equipment (a plus)
✔ Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
✔ A strong communicator, influencer, and problem-solver
✔ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
