Partner with the best
As a Technical Support Engineer – Pressure Pumping, you’ll be responsible for post-sales support of customer issue. You’ll provide technical support on repairing returned equipment and/or field services along with other service request. You’ll develop an operational year plan for large unit of own department activities and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
As a Technical Support Engineer – Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the point of contact to customers for timely and satisfactory resolutions covering a wide variety of support services.
Working and collaborating with internal stakeholders, managerial team, to specifies needs, communicate about project approach, and presents outcome of research done.
Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing right actions, processes, and procedures, where frequently updated and required implementation in the department.
Handling clients in assigned region ensuring based on predefined contracts and frameworks with latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or related field.
Demonstrate an extensive technical aptitude with experience of over 2 to 5 years in Pressure Pumping – Coil Tubing, Cementing and Stimulation.
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team, customers, and others.
Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical and organization skills.

This role is a Full Time Regular, live in country.
This role is normally office-based working hours, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
