Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Coordinator to join our Upstream Oil & Gas team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring well integrity and data accuracy through close coordination with software Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and operations teams. This role acts as a bridge between technical systems and operational support, ensuring high standards in data management and well monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the extraction and compilation of data from relevant software systems
  • Act as the primary liaison with software Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Support well integrity initiatives by identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Serve a role similar to a Technical Assistant (TA) within the software support context
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry to maintain well integrity records
  • Analyze data to detect trends, abnormalities, and potential operational issues
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Participate in inspections and support audit readiness related to well integrity
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data workflows and technical procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong background in well integrity and upstream operations
  • Proficient in technical data analysis and documentation
  • Familiarity with industry-relevant software platforms and tools
  • Experience acting as a coordinator or technical liaison across teams
