We’re seeking summer helper to assist with a focused Windows 11 upgrade project. All Windows 10 machines in our environment are set to reach end of support by October 2025, and we’re kicking off an organization-wide migration to Windows 11. This role will support our IT team for a few months during the planning and execution phases.
Responsibilities:
- Help upgrade Windows 10 machines to Windows 11
- Perform compatibility checks and assist with setup
- Track progress and support users during the transition
- Document issues and resolutions
