Job Description:

Our client, who operates within the mining sector is looking for a skilled Tender Document Compiler to manage the preparation, compilation, and submission of high-quality tender and proposal documents. The role requires exceptional written communication, strong technical and compliance knowledge, and the ability to interpret complex tender specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent proofreading skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of public procurement processes. They must be adept at managing tight deadlines and coordinating inputs from multiple departments, while compiling all necessary supporting documents such as certificates, licenses, and project references.

Responsibilities:  

  • Exceptional document preparation and written communication abilities
  • Solid technical knowledge and compliance awareness
  • Skilled in interpreting tender specifications and contractual terminology
  • Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure full compliance with tender or RFQ requirements
  • Good understanding of public procurement regulations and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and coordinate contributions from multiple departments

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or Project Management.
  • Certification in procurement, tendering, or proposal writing (highly advantageous).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled in compiling supporting documentation, including certificates, licenses, and project references.
