Role purpose

Responsible for supporting the administration of the Health and Safety and Technical training for the BB Marine Project

Ensure training records are maintained and kept up to date

Updating the  training matrix

Support the HSES team with miscellaneous administration tasks

Supporting with the setup of training courses onsite




  • Support the Training Coordinator by liaising with trainers, delegates and suppliers to ensure smooth running of courses
  • Processing course paperwork
  • Support training and compliance internal and external audits
  • Support the training department with all administration duties
  • Maintain accurate up to date matrix information
  • Ensuring delegates report for their training

Act as one of the points of contact for the training department in relation to course requirements and bookings
