Description

• Operate and monitor utility systems such as power generation, water treatment, compressed air, heating/cooling, and fuel systems to ensure continuous supply.
• Oversee plant operations related to oil and gas processing, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on utility and process equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize efficiency.
• Respond to operational issues by troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all utility and plant activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and report system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities to supervisors.

Job Requirement

• 7 years of experience in utilities or plant operations within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, Process Safety, or HSE training)
• Strong knowledge of utility systems such as power generation, water treatment, compressed air, and fuel supply.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Competence in operating SCADA or DCS control systems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and process equipment.
• Good organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and plant performance monitoring.
