Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing key support to the Offshore Site Manager as part of a dynamic team. The role exists to coordinate daily offshore operations, facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders, and ensure adherence to project procedures and operational excellence within a technical offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, operational processes, and IT tools.
  • Support HSE initiatives and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Participate and, when delegated, lead the Daily Planning Meeting, providing relevant operational input.
  • Serve as the primary contact between contractors and marine crew, and assist in the coordination of all vessels operating within the field.
  • Submit and verify daily activity reports from vessels, and promote discipline and accountability among site personnel.
  • Provide operational input, coverage for selected Site Manager responsibilities, and drive improvements to site management procedures when required.
  • Plan and coordinate Construction SOV, marine, and helicopter activities, including document preparation.
  • Facilitate interface meetings with contractors and ensure effective personnel management and movement tracking.
  • Provide deliverables such as personnel manifests, cargo manifests, safety walk and HSE reports, meeting minutes, and execution plans.
