Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert input in the development and support of Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS)
- Evaluate and interpret cementing logs (sonic and ultrasonic) for well diagnostics and failure investigations
- Advise on well servicing, intervention, and remediation strategies
- Contribute to well design and construction reviews from an integrity standpoint
- Utilize and support the development of Well Integrity Software
- Collaborate with Government Agencies or Regulatory Authorities to ensure well integrity compliance
- Engage with operators (particularly in the MENA region) to implement WIMS and associated policies and procedures
- Conduct policy/procedure roll-outs, technical diagnostics, and failure investigations
- Develop and deliver training courses related to Well Integrity best practices and systems
- Participate in or contribute to industry groups or committees dedicated to advancing Well Integrity standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Well Integrity Management Systems
- Proven experience in well servicing, remediation, and construction
- Strong understanding of cement evaluation techniques
- Experience with Well Integrity Software and digital systems
- Prior involvement with Regulatory Authorities or National Oil Companies
- Demonstrated work with MENA-based operators is highly desirable
- Experience in training development and delivery in relevant subject areas
- Recognized qualifications and/or accreditations in Well Integrity or related disciplines
- Active membership or participation in industry committees or working groups
