Description

1. Demonstrates personal commitment to Client HSE Policy.
2. Is IWCF certified
3. Ensure all personnel under your supervision are aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring of compliance.
4. Ensure QA/QC commitments from services companies are applied on site.
5. Perform QHSE audit of service companies in accordance to the company rule.
6. Involved in SIMOPs kick-off meetings.
7. Familiarize self with CLIENT emergency procedures, carry out assigned
responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
8. Promote the safety of persons, the protection of environment and assets of Client and service companies concerned in all Client operations.
9. Ensure all personnel under your supervision are aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring to check compliance.
10. Provide exemplary HS&E Leadership in support of all in-well Intervention (slickline, E-line, Coiled Tubing, and pumping), & Xmas Tree/Wellhead maintenance activities under area of responsibility.
11. Participate in QHSE audits at well site and contractor’s support bases in collaboration with Drilling and Wells Operations Safety Leader (OSL).
12. Prepare Job Risk Assessment (JRA) with Field Operation team prior to commencement of iintervention activity operations
13. Investigate and report on-site incidents and non-conformances where assigned.
14. Compile and report HSE statistics for sphere of responsibility.

15. The work scheme is flexible. It includes site operations and preparatory works in the office.
16. Diversified environment: Onshore, Offshore & Deepwater locations as well as contractors workshops. When required to work in the office.
17. All type of wells (OP, WI, GP, GI) in mainly sand layers, eruptive and depleted reservoirs with moderate to high pressure
18. Diversified types of well completions
 Single dual completions
 Standalone screens, gravel pack and perforated liner completions
 Vertical, deviated and horizontal wells

19. Working with moderate to high pressure/ temperature wells
20. High level of technical risks and performance due to the operational costs and production objectives.
21. Transverse activities across many disciplines within D&W (Drilling, Intervention, Fluids)
22. Regular contact with service companies to discuss and implement programs and investigate new applicable technologies.
23. Resilient and able to cope in a difficult and harsh working environment

24. Shall be responsible for the safe execution of well intervention operation – Coiled tubing (CT), pumping, Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance
25. Responsible for Permit To Work (PTW) preparation and follow up in order to deliver seamless operations.
26. Actively participate in the JRA process and wellsite toolbox talks with site team.
27. Shall have a wellsite responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of well intervention operations.
28. Shall ensure required well barriers are in place for any form of interventions operation
29. Lead and supervise specialized teams in the execution of onsite well intervention & integrity
as well as Wellhead & XMT maintenance activities to deliver maximum value whilst maintaining HSE standards.
30. Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) to develop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
31. Organize Well intervention, Wellhead & XMT maintenance activities, in accordance with the planning and under the supervision of well intervention superintendent.
32. Organize site logistics related with service equipment and personnel
33. Shall have an On-site functional responsibility for up to 6 to 25 persons during intervention.,Wellhead & XMT maintenance operations.

34. Shall be involved in onshore system integration testing (SIT) at contractor operational base
35. Attention to detail is required to ensure the program objectives are achieved in a safe and efficient manner. Continually analyze operational risks and confirm that mitigation measures are in place.
36. Ensure all material required to perform the operation are mobilized on site as per plan
37. Responsible for clear and concise reporting of all Well Service activities such as daily reports, material/personnel transfers, incidents and near misses on-site

Job Requirement

1. Shall possess a minimum of 10 years oilfield experience in Well intervention operations(Coiled tubing (CT), pumping, Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance).

2. If applicant is with Masters in Oil & Gas related course from a reputable school, then 3 years of experience in well services related position shall be considered.
Minimum of HND or BSc / BEng. in Engineering or sciences.
3. Shall have been a supervisor for similar operations for a minimum of 5 years or well services engineer for 2 years.
4. Shall have a good knowledge of Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker and Weatherford Well intervention equipment.
5. Good knowledge of other well intervention operations such as Coiled tubing (CT), pumping,
6. Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance
7. Shall possess a valid SAS /THUET certificate and Annual medical examination
8. Shall possess a valid OSP (Offshore Safety Permit)
Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS)
9. Shall possess a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) Certificate for WellIntervention Pressure Control – Supervisor/Supt Level-4 covering all the modules below
 Completion Operations
 Completion Equipment
 Coiled Tubing Operations
 Wireline Operations
 Snubbing Operations
Shall be PC literate with good use of MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel,
PowerPoint) in a Windows environment.
Good oral, written presentation, and communication skill in English language
10. Required to pass the chain of command (COC) certification within 6 months on the job.
