Wireline Field Engineer
We are seeking motivated, organized, and methodical Wireline Field Engineers to join our SLB team.
The Wireline Field Engineer is responsible for conducting Wireline Logging Operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during service delivery. The Wireline Field engineer implements standard work procedures, manages risks, improves data quality and data delivery time.
Experience and Exposure
- Successfully completed Technical WL training with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Perform Wireline Job Design/ Prepare/ Execute/ Close and Debrief.
- Be able to Design Wireline Rig Up in different scenarios.
- Have Offshore Jack Up Experience.
- Perform CPST Operations (Sump Packer, Bridge Plug, Cement retainer).
- Perform Tubing Puncher Operations.
- Perform Pipe Recovery operations (BackOff, Power Cutter, Colliding, Chemical Cutter).
- Perform Production Logging Operations.
- Perform Saturation Log (RST, PNX).
- Perform Cement Evaluation Operations (SCMT, USIT).
Equipment Maintenance and Operational Competency,
- Preparing and operating Wireline equipment for downhole measurements.
- Troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform PCE operations.
- Operate MAST.
Training and Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Level – 2 Well Integrity or IWCF Well Control Certificate.
- Pressure Level – 2 Certification.
- Explosive Level – 2 Certification.
- Radiation Level – 2 Certification.
- Valid BOSIET.
