As an Admin Support – Wireline Services , you will be responsible for:
- Supporting planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate schedules and forecasts
- Assisting in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Maintaining administrative control of job records, reports and documentation, customer-related data
- Providing coordination support between service delivery teams, finance and billing teams, customers and external stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting key operational metrics (planning accuracy, billing status, backlog tracking)
- Ensuring timely communication and follow-up on operational and customer requests
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support and coordination
- Have experience in oil & gas / industrial services environment (added advantage)
Have good knowledge of customer service principles with ability to handle internal/external stakeholders professionally
Have SAP experience (preferred)
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Be familiar with reporting dashboards (Power BI / Excel advanced functions – preferred)
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have high attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to work under pressure
Be team-oriented with a strong coordination mindset
