Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Mazak Control, etc.)Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machinesPull and replace machine linear guides and ball screwsSupport with scheduling PM, reading report, diagrams, and drawingsWorking knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill MachinesAble to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 AxisPerform machine leveling and alignment on all machinesIdentify and replace parts as necessaryInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controlsUse machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
