Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager & CEO; You are responsible for carrying out the below duties:
- You lead a pivotal role in defining & executing strategic plans for the business operations within Gabon or similar operation within other parts of Central & West Africa
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market conditions
- Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and expanding our market share
- You represent the face of the business in Gabon and promote the key values, products & services to the company partners & stakeholders
