Job Description:

As a CTRM Project Manager with Aspect experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems, specifically leveraging Aspect applications. You will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the unique requirements of our Oil and Gas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

CTRM System Implementation:

  • Utilize expertise in Aspect applications to guide the implementation of CTRM systems for clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize Aspect software to meet specific client needs.
  • Ensure smooth integration of CTRM systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to facilitate effective communication and project success.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement robust testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of CTRM systems.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, identify and resolve defects, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Training and Support:

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on Aspect CTRM applications.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing issues, and optimizing system performance.
