Customer Financial Services Leader

Under general supervision, review and approve credit accommodations and terms with a moderate level of risk or difficulty in accordance with Business Practice 4-10958 (Management Approval Matrix); Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships while managing A/R collections from assigned customer portfolio; Review and recommend resolutions on difficult collection accounts to minimize the company’s losses. Review customer information in accordance with established credit criteria to recommend credit decisions and options; Assist in credit investigation and evaluation; May review portfolio of more junior personnel in a non-supervisory manner; Identify and record customer disputes. Typically requires an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of experience in both commercial credit and collections and financial statement analysis.
