As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building Installations Maintenance, repair and operation (Hard services) – HVAC / electrical, plumbing, lifts, etc.
- Buildings civil works maintenance & repair including fabrics, finishes, grounds, structure, etc.
- Office support Services (Soft services) – cleaning, handyman, reception, Mailroom, pest control, hygiene supplies, waste disposal, shredding, archiving / off-site storage recycling etc.
- Specialized vendor management: Cranes, OH doors, compressors, diesel generator, etc.
- Facilities Procurement – FM services & Operating Supplies (Stationery, pantry etc.)
- Facilities Helpdesk management
- Facility HSE Compliance (Emergency response, fire Alarm, Fire fighting, Hazardous waste etc.)
- Facilities contracts management complying to MSA, KPI and SLA
- Security Guards Services
- Security Infrastructure operation and maintenance (Access control, CCTV, Gate barriers etc.)
- Printing services management (Xerox)
- Liaise with LL and local government for facilities operation permits and fitness certificates, building completion certificates
- Ensure that Civil Defense certificate is obtain as per local regulations
- Extend facilities support to Government Relation Office for licenses and other operational certificates, such as Trade License, Environmental Permit, etc.
- Liaise with IT for telecommunications and A/V infrastructure operation & maintenance
- Implement global BH Facilities Best Practices/SOP’s
- Prepare and manage facility annual operating budget and leads continuous improvement efforts to enhance facilities operations and reduce operating costs
- Implement common facilities standards and initiatives to reduce costs and optimize space. Maintain up-to-date employee seating plan and interior and exterior space allocation drawings
- Lease management including new & renewal leases, and negotiation/coordination with landlord
- Manage refurbishment projects, moves, relocations, new facility site setups
- Support region Real Estate Manager for major / new facility Capex projects
- Prepare reports pertaining to finance, operations etc. for submission to management
- Ensure update Global Insurance coverage for buildings & assets (Exigis)
- Corporate branding and signage
- Catering services management
- Space management as per the Global Real Estate policy
- Sustainability improvement and reporting
- Support event management including CSR events
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Facility Management or Properties.
