Your role is based on the East Coast of Australia and is responsible as for the light and heavy vehicles and associated maintenance, along with various improvement projects and opportunities. 

 

Fleet Analyst

The role will: 

  • Provide visible Safety leadership and management of HSE arrangements across the services to deliver Goal Zero – No Harm, by maintaining a fleet that is safe, including use of safe technologies. 
  • Manage the overall performance of the fleet, with focus on asset availability, optimization of fleet and reduction in road exposure for company workers. 
  • Lead the operational and strategic planning including forecasting, cost control and regular performance reviews. 
  • Develop and lead the redesign and replacement project for the future of the company fleet, aligned to standards and specification requirements, the various business uses and contributing to company’s carbon reduction strategies. 
  • Continuously improve and optimise the Fleet and its use with the objective to introduce low carbon solutions and reduce the HSSE risk of driving exposure whist increase the fleet’s availability. 
  • Ensure vehicle availability is maximised and maintained in accordance with OEM procedures and all contractors and sub-contractors are operate in accordance with the standards and recommendations in the company Control Framework, Road Safety and Safety Together requirements. 
  • As a Contract Holder and member of various Contract Management Teams, support the delivery of top quartile pre- and post-award contract performance management through visible leadership, effective negotiating and influencing, coaching and governance to ensure delivery of high value services within Australia. 

 

 

Other soft skills required from you include the following: 

  • Strong demand planning understanding with a proactive approach to identifying and realizing opportunities within the existing Logistics network. 
  • Project Management skills with the ability to manage fleet redesign and life cycle campaigns, from effective stakeholder management, visible planning and reporting to execution and roll out.
