As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
Partner with the best
You will mainly be involved in the design and construction of fixtures needed by machining and assembling activities for manufacturing of Nuovo Pignone srl. You will be dedicated to ensuring Fixtures Quality and OTD, from the internal request to the delivery, playing a key role in our manufacturing plan, prioritizing, and expediting the delivery of fixtures to our workshop.
As a Fixture Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for
Completing fixtures fulfilment, from design to supply
Supporting new equipment selection process, with particular focus on new layout
Respecting of assigned budget
Assuring HSE & Quality standards
Implementing improvements and corrective actions on Fixtures
Analysing operator’s feedbacks, to identify improvement opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical Engineering) or a High School Diploma (Mechanical Diploma)
Have the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
Have the ability in coordinating the job of external Contractors and engineering
Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
Have the ability to accomplish goals through collaborative efforts, managing the working time in a flexible way
Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills
