1)Handson experience in engine management, Vehicle function preferably inEMS function development area using ASCET/MATLAB. A specific deepknow how in one of the subsystems would be preferable (injection,air path, torque structure)

2)2+Year of experience in software system designer(SWSD) for one of thesubsystem would be preferable (injection, Powertrain, air path,torque structure)

3)Effectivecustomer coordination skills and very goodcommunication

4)Needto have a passion for automotiveengineering

5)Developmentusing standardized ASPICE model, DOORs, RQ1 and Prepare Test casesfor verification and validation forSWQT/SFT/SysQT

6)Overviewon Requirements handling & on any SW life cyclemodel.

7)Unittest & Component test the developedSW

8)Experiencein using testing and application tools like INCA/ES590, LabCar,Canalyzer, TPTetc

9)Handson experience in programming in C and/or assembly for real timeembeddedsystems

10)Ableto solve the technical problems/Queries independently with minimumcustomerinteraction
