Partner with the best

You will manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property. You will be point of contact to the customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns. You will cover a wide variety of support services offered for assigned areas.
 

As a Lead Coordinator Field Service – Wellbore Intervention/Fishing, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a single point of contact to customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns

  • Covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned areas

  • Representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer

  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support

  • Representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer

  • Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing the right actions and procedures

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or relevant work experience

  • Have minimum 4 years of working experience in Services and/or Customer Service Management in Oil & Gas industry

  • Have demonstrate relevant experience in supervision, coordination of Wellbore Intervention/Fishing Operations

  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication in Thai & English

  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small team

  • Show ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with effective problem identification and solution skills
