The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

• Be a role model for safety, diversity, and inclusion.
• Manage electrical equipment and works in low, medium, and high voltage.
• Propose changes in practices and plans to improve reliability and efficiency of power generation systems and equipment’s.
• Ensure that maintenance management is followed by identifying and reporting malfunctions in SAP, executing work orders and providing proper conclusion feedback. Collaborating for maintenance plan review.
• Manage competence requirements fulfillment for the team in alignment with contractor’s company reps and ensure that vendors and contractors work safely and effectively, according to the values and culture of the company.
• Be able and responsible for Black start-up, emergency generators and maneuvers after shutdowns/ESD.
• Participate on commissioning phase of new projects, inside or outside Brazil.
• Responsible for supervising the team members and providing recommendations and technical support on electrical reviews, strategic plans and projects.

• Desirable Electrical Engineer or required technical degree with emphasis in Electrical or Electronics. Valid registration on class order (CREA or CFT).
• Minimum 3 years as an Electrical Lead on board of production facilities or 6 years of experience working as Electrical Technician onboard production facilities can be considered.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Intermediate English (read technical documentation) and be efficient in use of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP, and efficient in using office computer systems.
• Good experience and technical knowledge on Power Managment System.
• Good experience and technical knowledge operating Steam turbine, Gas turbine LM 2500.
• Desirable technical knowledge in electrical equipment (preferable ABB and WEG system), familiarized with rotation equipment and inspection of explosive atmosphere equipment.
• Embraces cooperation and open collaboration as essential ways of working. Proactive by nature, takes initiative and can work independently as needed. Gives and receives constructive feedback and is motivated by continuous improvement.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, Data Sheet, electrical diagrams, and P&ID’s.
• People that understand and manage the risk.
