We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Operations Support Manager for our Onshore Resources & Carbon Management, Production Operations organization.

This position will be located in Houston, TX. The Operations Support Manager will work with our assets to develop and maintain systematic processes for complete and accurate CMMS records. 

Responsibilities:

Asset Management – Develop and Maintain systematic processes for complete and accurate CMMS Location and asset record representation

Conduct CMMS data extraction and analysis on asset failures. Reporting and communication of failure trends to key personnel with business unit production sites

Development and execution of preventive maintenance and work management strategy programs, application training and support in CMMS

Development and execution of reporting tools which utilize the CMMS database

Develop and Schedule Regulatory Compliance Program and Activities

Provide management and support to CMMS technical team responsible for database administration user training and program implementation

Continuous Improvement of Maximo CMMS Utilization

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

20+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical discipline (Engineering discipline preferred)

Working knowledge of project management skills

Experience working in organizations with multi-discipline staffs.

Demonstrated understanding of required business processes and regulatory requirements common to oil and gas with an appreciation of how those requirements change across regions.

Knowledge of surface operations within oil and gas industry.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills managing multi-disciplined teams.
