Role/Job: PLANNING SERVICES
Location: Office(PHC)/ Remote Pipeline Location

Academics: University degree/Higher National Diploma in any Discipline.
Age: <=30 years.

Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals Industries a plus

Technology Platforms
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and others)
• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP-PM) not compulsory but an added advantage
• Experience and working knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Mining, Data Manipulation and Data Visualization. Using Key Data Mining/Manipulation/Visualization Tools

Professional Certifications
• SAP/Primavera/Project Management/Microsoft Office applications certifications is an added advantage.

Principal Accountabilities

Purpose:
• Achieving Integrated Plan compliance of greater than 95%
• Visible work plans and execution progress Principal Accountabilities:
• Prepare and finalize integrated schedule with input from all activity owners, monitor and report implementation
• Work closely with all activity owners to ensure proper integration of all activities.
• Organize IAP meetings (VST, ST and MT) and complete the IAP plans within the agreed IAP windows.
• Measure, monitor and report monthly IAP compliance. Support benchmarking of IAP performance to promote improvement.
• Liaise with Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) Planner and adopt use of IAP tools for any injection/removal of activities
• Review readiness levels to ensure activities are completed on time and with right quality.
• Accountable for all the data required for performance evaluation and business planning.
• Attend Integrated Activity Plan (IAP), MRP Meetings with Team Lead.

• Responsible for archiving all departmental documents and reports in the approved company’s record system.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting periodical performance reports for the department.
• Support teams in developing work scope, milestone plans & resource mobilization plan.
• Support optimization activities including Reviews, Schedule Optimizations, resource leveling etc.
• Facilitate archiving of files and records, financial closeout and Lessons Learned records.
• Prepare Annual Logistics resource plans.
• Initiate requests for logistics equipment to support Pipelines activities, both steady state and adhoc.
• Mobilize/demobilize logistics equipment for Pipelines routines, turnaround, and emergent activities.
