The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to shaping a project delivery model for larger modification projects and taking an active part in developing and shaping these projects.

  • Work as part of the Project Control discipline, which incorporates project planning, project control, cost estimation, quality and risk: tracking progress and collating information to understand impacts on schedules and costs.

  • Work with exciting projects within the existing fields and infrastructure on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS); with high business impact. 

  • Collaborate closely with suppliers in order to execute projects. 

  • Act as the control center within projects, tracking progress and collating information to understand schedule impacts and costs effects.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Engineering, Management, or Economics (or within other relevant subjects).

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on engineering projects, with a role in either Project Control, Planning, Estimation, or Quality and Risk Management.

  • Experience of working on large topside or subsea projects would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of project control software within a relevant discipline, e.g. PIMS, Safran, SAP.

  • Experience of working on projects during both early phase and execution phases is desirable.

  • Professional level of English, both written and oral. Basic oral communication skills in Norwegian would be advantageous.

We are recruiting for a number of positions, if you have experience working in any of the following roles or similar, we encourage you to apply.

  • Project Control Engineers with relevant experience in cost management, cost estimation and project planning.

  • Planning Engineers with broad experience in project planning from front end phase; to handover; to operation.

  • Estimation Engineers with experience from project cost estimation, either in topside or subsea projects.

  • Quality & Risk Management with a track record of managing project risk and quality in complex projects.
