As a Projects Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and executing scheduling activities for the Projects business area, using advanced planning systems.
Coordinating the material planning, and production scheduling function to ensure timely delivery to customers
Analysing and measuring the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full on time delivery
Analysing data to determine opportunities to optimise inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs
Supporting, coordinating and maintaining a feasible production plan.
Closely working with the responsible Project manager, Project Co-Ordinator, Product Engineer, Operations team, Shipping & Logistics to achieve successful execution of the plan.
This role involves influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while providing regular reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations Management) or equivalent work experience
Demonstrate good and relevant experience in Production Planning
Have experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially SAP is an advantage.
Have APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) – this is advantageous, but not essential to your application
Be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
Hold an Irish Passport/Work Permit and not require future sponsorship.
