Punch List Coordinator – Altea Energy

SCOPE OF SERVICE

CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:

• Demonstrate, individually, an exemplary behaviour about HSE rules & requirements and ensures compliance with quality standards
• Review punch entry form before ICAPS entering
• Propose Categorization (approved by Construction Lead / Commissioning Lead /QAQC Coordinator)
• Assess all Quality format to be transferred in ICAPS prior RFC
• Ensure punch clearance with professional and technical manner
• Ensure Punch List review meeting (Onshore & offshore)
• Generate weekly/daily punch status and progress report

ACTIVITY

• Approve ICAPS Punch List Entry files from Walk-downs/ICAPS Task Sheets Punch List Entry form for verification/ ICAPS Population
• Check and approve ICAPS Punch List Clearance forms for each discipline to close the Punch Items in ICAPS (Matrix of signature to be followed)
• Supervise the management of the commissioning database – ICAPS
• •upervise the Management of Punch list
• Reports on overall progress and expended man-hours
• Coordinate available resources and expedite punch list closure in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering

• Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 3 years’ experience in ICAPS administrator role

• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills

• Experienced with COMPANY Standards (Total General Specifications), OPERCOM and ICAPS, MANASA(PRODOM) DCC Database and relevant codes and standards.

• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook, Citrix environment)

• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment

• Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)

• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
