Our client is a highly organised real estate developer with a diverse portfolio of assets across Malta.

 

A Real Estate Coordinator is required to join the busy team in Valletta primarily to ensure that properties are operations, compliant and ready for sale or rental.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all documentation related to property ownership, leasing, acquisition and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, warranties, rents, and tenant information.
  • Prepare property files for transfers, sales, or rental launches.
  • Handle transfer or activation of water, electricity (ARMS), telecoms, internet, and other utilities.
  • Ensure all utility accounts are correctly assigned and updated on time.
  • Act as the main contact for property agencies marketing rentals or sales.
  • Provide agents with updated property details, keys, access instructions, and photos.
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs and basic refurbishments before a property is rented or sold.
  • Arrange inventory checks, condition reports and key handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with service providers including electricians, plumbers, handymen, cleaners, security and landscaping companies.
  • Request quotes, compare proposals, and schedule works.
  • Follow up on job completion and verify invoices.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio overview including status of utilities, ongoing works, vacant units, and upcoming turnovers.

 

Talent will:

  • Be strong administrators ideally with real estate, property management or coordination experience gained in Malta
  • Have strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Maltese is a plus)
  • Have the ability to work with property management software, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
  • Be reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Possess a driving license.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised; who can manage multiple properties at once; and who is comfortable coordinating with agencies, authorities, and contractors.
