The RPS/Ballistics Coordinator ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical and Administrative Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis.
 

As RPS/Ballistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries
  • Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
  • Responding promptly to escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
  • Being responsible for RA/EXP related license and permit applications. Tracking inventory of RA/EXP materials. Leak testing of RA sources. Demolition of junk and expired RA/EXP materials
  • Supervising radiation calibration area. Control of natural and PNG sources temporarily stored at calibration area.
  • Tracking the Explosive / Radiation workers on location and high-security keys issued to them.
  • Controlling RA emergency kits and handling tools
  • Ensuring that RA dosimetry badges received, collected and returned back in timely manner
  • Preparing RA/EXP related load-outs
  • Updating SAP/ZRAD according to the physical movements of RA/EXP materials
  • Tracking and arranging both Baker Hughes and Government RA/EXP related trainings (to complete annual competence review of radiation workers)
  • Ensuring that permanent and mobile radiation and explosive storages comply with Baker Hughes standards
  • Liaising with Government officials and complete follow ups on MES audits, periodical inventory reporting’s and scrap process.
  • Representing location on internal Baker Hughes / external (customer and government) audits related to explosive and radiation management.
  • Taking care about health and safety of himself and surrounding people in the course of work or during presence in company premises. Know and follow workplace H&S, firefighting, internal discipline and work time regulation rules
  • Know and follow the requirements of standard acts on OHS, rules on handling office equipment in the workplace, use means of collective and individual protection
  • Observing the requirements of information security, business etiquette and confidentiality of business information
  • Taking care of company image.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Have a thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements
  • Have significant operational experience
  • Have End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage
  • Have an ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
  • Be results oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Be good team player and have good communication skills. have an ability to develop and mentor others
  • Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible. Availability on call outside of normal business hours
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Be able to speak Azerbaijani fluently and demonstrate Intermediate / Advanced English
