Orion Partner Plus are delighted to have been retained by a global leader in Advanced Air Filtration solutions. We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiatic Sales Leader to be based remotely and cover East France region. The mission of this role is to drive sales of products and technical solutions within the designated area, following strategic guidelines and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance:

  • Use CRM tools for customer relations.

  • Adhere to company policies and safety directives.

  • Suggest improvements to commercial policies.

  • Sales Development:

    • Track and report sales figures.

    • Identify new market opportunities.

    • Manage and grow the customer portfolio.

    • Participate in sales channel selection and events.

    • Conduct competitive and technological analysis.

    • Organize client meetings and guide technical choices.

    • Prepare proposals and participate in tenders.

    • Facilitate communication between clients and support teams.

    • Negotiate and validate orders.

    Required Skills:

    1. Knowledge:

    • Market and competition awareness.

    • Sales and negotiation techniques.

    • Basics of aerodynamics, mechanical design, and industrial manufacturing.

    • Logistics, Commercial Law, and International Trade basics.

    • Proficiency in office tools and CRM software.

  • Practical Skills:

    • Advanced English (B2 level) and/or another foreign language.

    • Ability to negotiate contracts and provide suitable solutions.

    • Sales opportunity qualification and cost estimation.

    • Familiarity with company products and procedures.

  • Professional Attitude:

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

    • Network development and maintenance.

    • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

    • Customer service orientation.

    • Dynamic, reactive, and analytical.
