Sales Operations Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with sales administration/operations experience who wants develop their career in Business Development/Sales.

This role will initially focus on sales operations support and analysis (responsible for quotations, proposals and contracts, sales analysis and reporting) but offers the opportunity to learn about the business and the technologies and develop into a more customer facing role responsible for account management, representing the company at trade events, producing collateral and systems proposals.

This role is based in Edinburgh and is not suitable for full time remote working.

Successful candidates will:

• Be highly numerate with a demonstrable data analysis capability.
• Have prior experience in a sales administration/support or be a recent Graduate.
• Have an interest in developing a career in Business Development/Sales.
• Have a keen interest in software technologies/projects with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Be keen to learn and self-motivated.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
• Be confident and comfortable conversing with customers and potential customers on calls, via email and face-to-face.
• Be team spirited but also be able to work on your own.
• Be ambitious, driven, and results focused.
• Have good general IT skills, proficient in excel.
• Be flexible, prepared to work hard, demonstrating both resilience and perseverance.
• Be organised with the ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
