Senior Contract Analyst – LNG Sales
Qatar (Relocation Support Available)

We are working with a leading international energy organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst to join their LNG Sales function.

This is a commercially focused role supporting the administration and compliance of LNG Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), ensuring accurate execution of cargo documentation, invoicing, contractual notices, and key commercial calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support implementation and ongoing administration of LNG SPAs
– Prepare contractual notices in line with agreement requirements
– Issue cargo documentation and invoices in accordance with SPA and Confirmation Notices
– Perform commercial calculations including pricing, laytime, reconciliations and verification of supporting invoices
– Liaise with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Legal to resolve cargo and payment matters
– Coordinate engagement with buyers, external service providers and surveyors as required
– Support internal governance activities and compliance monitoring

Candidate Profile:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar discipline
– Minimum 8 years’ experience in hydrocarbon sales contracts administration (LNG preferred)
– Strong analytical and commercial awareness
– High attention to detail with the ability to manage strict deadlines
– Strong Excel / spreadsheet modelling capability
– Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
SAP exposure beneficial
