Senior SAP Enable Now – Altea Energy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to clients during SAP Enable Now implementation.
• Build strategy and configure SAP Enable Now, including customization, design, content templates, and branding.
• Enable content authors by delivering solution overviews, simulation recordings
• Manage technical implementation activities such as planning workshops, setting up and configuring SAP Enable Now instances..etc
• Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure smooth content integration and user adoption.
• Continuously learn SAP S/4HANA to support client success in packaged delivery projects.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now Web Assistant and Desktop Assistant.
• Strong skills in strategy building, configuration, and content author enablement.
• Experience in technical implementation and user access management.
• Good communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Fluent in English and French
