If you are selected as the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator you will produce and execute supply chain and contracting strategies, plans, and deliverables in support of stimulation services. Your position will be responsible for the sourcing of services to ensure improvement the best value agreements as part of the L48 Completions Supply Chain team.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

  • Deliver Supply Chain Management (SCM) services:
  • Key Interface – function as key liaison for assigned categories to provide active solutions to business needs
  • Strategy Development & Plan – lead development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plan for assigned categories
  • Review key category & market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy
  • Develop work plans and landmark schedules
  • Integrate plans and schedules with business needs to enable on-time execution
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions
  • Sourcing/ Negotiating / Contracting / SRM:
  • SOURCING – develop bid tenders & negotiation templates and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings. Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements
  • CONTRACTING – negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions using Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Purchase Orders (PO’s), Outline Agreements (OLA’s) and other contractual terms and conditions as necessary
  • SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT – develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers including “Field Improvement Team” (FIT) meetings. Work with suppliers to ensure R2P system functions properly

Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain for upstream oil & gas or related technical experience in Drilling and Completions
  • Advanced level of proficiency in technical and commercial analytics and evaluations
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, other related technical field, or foreign equivalent
  • 7+ years of upstream oil and gas experience
  • 5+ years supporting Drilling or Completions
  • Experience in RFP’s, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management
  • Intermediate level of GEP experience
