Baker Hughes Production Solutions group is committed to crafting efficient and cost-effective solutions designed for our customers with technologies special developed for the oil and geothermal industry. Our technology is an unparalleled combination of the world’s largest ESP installed base and the industry’s leading end-to-end chemicals portfolio. Therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Service delivery Coordinator ideally with experience in Artificial Lift Systems and or Oils industrial Chemicals for our base in Baku looking after Caspian Geozone.

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. 

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 

• Supporting the regional team with the internal sales process and tracking equipment 

• Supporting material receipts and deliveries within SAP transactions 

• Preparing, checking and test the equipment before shipping to the locations  

• Working with the operations team to support the field operations 

• Being contact point for suppliers and customers  

• Providing engineering support and operational recommendations for the pumping systems 

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent  

• Have good work experience (oil and gas service and operations for downstream and/or upstream, project management, sales and commercial or supply chain experience)  

• Have knowledge with MS office software, preferably SAP experience  

• Have proven Mechanical/electrical or Chemical background 

• Be fluent in English, Azeri and Russian verbal and written
