  • Incorporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) into the company’s overall long-term strategy.
  • Ensure the organization’s processes and practices are ethical both socially and environmentally. CSR will ensure that the company reduces and avoids damaging effects on the environment from business activities, always promoting a sustainable approach.
  • Produce and communicate annual integrated reports on the company’s economic, social and sustainability performance.
  • To monitor the due compliance of the laws and related regulations.
  • Create and implement a Business Unit’s social responsibility strategy.
  • Promoting partnerships with Stakeholder, throughout relationship with employees, internal areas (HR, Communication, Legal, Operations), contractors, suppliers, communities, and social groups.
  • Raise internal awareness of CSR issues to successfully integrate them into the organization’s DNA.
  • Motivate ethical behavior in all the organization’s activities.
  • Ensure that the company has a positive impact on local communities (where we operate) and the environment.
  • Present integrated yearly reports of goals, objectives and activities carried out.
  • Supervision of the fulfillment of the plans of Social Management, Communication, Mechanism of Attention to Complaints and of Social Investment.
  • Ensure the compliance with Legal Company’s policies.
  • To comply with the policy of Donations.
  • Coordinating the group of volunteers of WD Mexico.

  • Bachelor´s in Sociology, Law, Agronomy or Sustainability
  • Desired Master’s degree or Diploma in Social Responsibility or Sustainable Development
  • Minimum experience of 8 years in community relations management and institutional relations, preferably in the oil sector.

  • Knowledge in social responsibility policies, crisis, and conflict resolution.

  • Management of groups of collaborators
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Personal interrelationship skills with Authorities or government organisms.
  • Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English and spanish written and spoken.
