
Halliburton
Halliburton is offering a summer internship program designed for engineering students seeking meaningful industry experience, exposure to modern technology, and the opportunity to learn from recognized professionals in the energy sector. This program enables students to apply academic knowledge in a practical environment while gaining insight into the operations of a global organization. Throughout the internship period, participants will receive continuous guidance and support from an assigned mentor and supervisor.

Program Benefits

Eligibility Requirements
Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Completion of at least two years of an accredited engineering degree program
- A minimum of one year of academic study remaining following the internship
- Enrollment in one of the following disciplines:
Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics - A minimum GPA of 3.0/5 or 7/10
- Legal authorization to work in Norway
- Relevant prior experience through internships, volunteer work, or academic projects is advantageous but not required
Important: Applicants must include a CV, academic transcripts, and diplomas, and must clearly indicate their GPA in the cover letter.

Preferred Personal Qualifications
We are looking for students who demonstrate:
- Strong critical thinking skills and a willingness to ask questions
- Effective communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is an advantage)
- Curiosity, engagement, and a commitment to high-quality service and results
