  • Steering of main supply chain activities within the ZAMA development project.
  • Ensure timely and high quality delivery of procurement related deliverables in the project:
  • Proactive interaction and profound cross-functional collaboration with members of the Integrated Project Team
  • Establish professional and efficient contract management.
  • Development and alignment of high-level project procurement strategy as well as contracting strategies
  • Review and further development of sourcing contracts (such as EPC, well delivery and /or services)
  • Coordination of supply chain activities in the IPT
  • Ensure professional contract management
  • Providing supply chain related input to project scheduling and risk management
  • Review and further development supply chain related governance documents, such as Zama Contracting Directive.

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in (technical) business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or relevant field of study.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • At least 15 years of road experience in creation and management of complex contracts (EPC and / or drilling service contracts).
  • Good technical understanding, in particular drilling and / or oilfield installations (onshore / offshore).
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High intercultural and social competence.
  • High level of proactiveness and target-oriented working method
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.
