Job Summary


ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of the ExxonMobil Chemical Company (EMCC) supply chain and contribute to the success of a growing chemical business.  Supply schedulers are an essential link between the business and the manufacturing/terminal facilities, responsible for executing the short-term supply plan and maintaining accurate records in the financial reporting system (SAP).


This position will be located at our headquarters facilities in Spring, Texas.  As part of ExxonMobil, you can expect to rotate through two to three assignments in the first approximately six years allowing for a variety of experiences to build skills and knowledge.  Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMCC Supply Chain, other functions/business lines within EMCC, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

Primary Job Functions:


* Schedule product and feedstock movements between plants or to 3rd party customers

* Interface with customers, suppliers, plants, terminals and 3rd party service providers to execute supply plans

* Input SAP sales/purchase orders and coordinate master data requests

* Monitor SAP reports to proactively identify and resolve issues in order to cash process

* Complete monthly financial close process for the assigned group of products

* Lead material movement and/or customer feedback investigations and resolutions

* Serve as member of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team and Quick Response Teams as necessary to manage operational disruptions to mitigate customer impacts

* Develop and execute supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value chain capture/creation


Job Requirements: 


* Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or technical field from an accredited university

* 0-5 years supply chain experience, petrochemical/chemical/refinery industry preferred


Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


* Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence without authority

* Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple interfaces and adapt to rapidly changing priorities 

* Proactive, with an ability to anticipate, identify and resolve potential issues

* Familiarity with SAP applications a plus
