Description
- Designing/developing a dynamic value capture plan.
Prepares the value capture plan and tracks execution.
Document continuous improvement /organizational effectiveness project success stories in various formats (written, visual, audio, video).
Work with project owners to translate technical outcomes into compelling narratives in all the department’s strategic objectives.
Develop and disseminate newsletters, case studies, and internal publications.
Manage an internal portal/webpage that shows continuous improvement/organizational effectiveness insights and stories.
Coordinate the videography and photography requirements for identified initiatives, coordinate the voice of the customer interviews - Maintain continuous improvement/organizational effectiveness data to ensure consistency and accuracy from source.
Collaborate with departments and data owners to validate data context and integrity.
Analyze trends from improvement data and provide actionable insights by organizational layers or hierarchy.
Build and update dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Tableau etc) to visualize performance and continuous improvement/organizational effectiveness maturity using the continuous improvement landscape. - Under the steer of the unit heads, engage relevant stakeholders in the Line to identify capacity and value opportunities.
Support communication campaigns that promote continuous improvement wins and foster a culture of learning.
Provide timely updates to the department’s leadership on value-capture metrics including areas of good progress and areas for improvement.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and department’s strategic objectives. - Develop and continuously update training materials and learning contents with success stories to inspire other areas of the organization
Assist in facilitating the success stories and relevant aspects in continuous improvement sessions including workshops, labs, learning circles, and onboarding trainings.
Track and analyze continuous improvement maturity across individuals, teams, and departments to inform capacity-building plans.
Support and grow the continuous improvement community of practice by curating knowledge resources and events.
Partner with departments to co-create improvement learning experiences aligned with business needs.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, data analytics, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years post-graduation experience, with at least 1 – 3 years spent in continuous improvement, performance management, communications, content development & management, value
realization or a similar role.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or related Continuous Improvement frameworks is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital content curation & management is an advantage.
