Coordinate EOG’s water requirements for ongoing and expanding completion and drilling operations. Will work with geology, land, and the geophysicist in forecasting areas of future water needs, quantifying them, and determining how those needs will be met. Will work closely with the field staff to accomplish construction of water facilities consisting of pits, pipeline, water wells, etc. Develop and maintain proprietary software for project, engineering, capital, LOE, and manpower tracking.
Integrate and train peers for data tracking and reporting, will require travel.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the proven ability to build relationships and work in a multi-disciplined environment with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the Company. Must have the ability to work in a highly innovative, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities. The ability to set priorities and meet deadlines is critical to the success of this position. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s in Water Management or similar preferred.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
