Job Title: Market Risk Project Analyst (Freelance)

Join a dynamic team as a Market Risk Project Analyst on a freelance basis and contribute to energy trading operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess wind resources for utility-scale wind farms.
- Perform wind data analyses.
- Prepare wind farm layouts.
- Conduct energy yield analyses along with associated uncertainty and losses.
- Provide strategic advice on technical scope and production optimization for both development and operational projects.
- Ensure proper use of production profiles and alignment with other departments.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with wind resource and energy yield assessment.
- Strong commercial understanding and mindset to ensure yield analysis and recommendations consider the overall project value.
- Proficiency in IT with strong skills in MatLab or another high-level technical computing language.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to efficiently present results to stakeholders and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- Approachable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about solving tasks collaboratively while striving for continuous improvement.
