About the project :
The Tortue FPSO will be a new-build facility, spread moored in 120m water depth, located on the Mauritania and Senegal maritime border approximately 40km off the West coast of Africa. The Topsides production facilities will be sized to handle ca. 500 MMscfd of production fluids and include fluid reception, gas / liquid separation, gas conditioning, condensate removal and stabilization. Stabilized condensate will be stored in hull tanks and will be periodically offloaded to an offtake tanker by tandem offload. Processed and dehydrated gas will be metered and exported via subsea pipeline to a near shore Hub to provide continuous feed into an FLNG facility and for domestic gas markets.

Role Overview:
Personnel Logistics Assistant with support PLC Coordinator. Will be based in Paris (France).

Main duties :

  • To assist the Personnel Logistics Coordinator
  • Liaise with different collaborators to get their documents ready for visa purpose, and HSE
  • Check all documentation prior travelling (visa, repatriation insurance, documents validity..)
  • Create a documentation tracking follow up efficiently
  • Send alerts following and informing in timely manner different entities regarding documents expirations (Passport/ Medical certificates/ Offshore training)
  • Arrange international flight for our collaborators / Build complete crew list/ Ensure all traveler are compliant with Immigration (WP + Visa)
  • Coordinate and monitor HSE requested documents (as Repatriation Insurance, MMCP, medical certificate, etc.) as well as mandatory docs to go Offshore (Seaman Book, BOSIET/HUET).
  • Make sure that all local arrangements (Meet & Greet, Transfers, Accommodations booking, etc.) are well requested to PPLC Lead
  • In charge of all Flight bookings for all travelers (staff + visitors + Contracted personnel) from/to Senegal & Mauritania
  • Maintain tracking follow up, KPI’s, and update the related data base with all detailed information related to workers profile traveling to Senegal & Mauritania
  • Monitor and send alerts following and informing in timely manner different entities regarding documents expirations (Passport/ Medical certificates/ Offshore training)
  • Update and dispatch on Arrival list and Keep an “As Built” follow up of all personnel Movements


Personnel Logistics Assistant required field of expertise:

  • Knowledge of personnel logistics Is a plus,
  • Knowledge of interfaces, requirement and issues linked to offshore / onshore operations,
  • Knowledge of OPMS software’s, training is planned.
  • Knowledge of logistics procedures, methods, and technical execution,
  • Basic understanding of offshore facilities operations.
  • Language: English, French.

Experience for an Oil and Gas operator and FPSO is a plus.
