Electrical Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee their underground utility projects. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background and is very comfortable managing crews in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Lead and manage project teams; Coordinate resources accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; Provide project status updates regularly
  • Walk project sites within Charlotte region; Attend inspections and site meetings/spot checks when needed
  • Collaborate with existing project managers to ensure all project needs are met
  • Guarantee all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and underground electrical infrastructure
  • Experience managing underground utility projects, duct bank projects, traffic control projects, or similar sized industrial electrical projects
  • Electrical experience with healthcare, data center, or industrial scale projects
  • Experience handling contracts, change orders, project budgets, and scheduling

Salary, Location, Benefits:

  • Salary based upon experience $135,000-$145,000
  • Bonus Program
  • Onsite and in-office in Charlotte, NC for 60 hours a week
