Candidate Profile

The requirements for this position are as follows:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, required. A master’s degree is strongly recommended.
  • 6+ years of experience holding a similar position with a similar job scope.
  • Possess proven supervision and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, and ability to adapt easily to changing conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses computer skills and experience with MS Office package, and SAP, among other related software.
  • Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Activities

To support the department of the company he/she will be working to meet the following milestones:

 

  • Directing activities to select and install major information technology facilities.
  • Local IT Security Officer: Ensure the IS security (Logical access, Hardware for workstations and servers, Server room, Data backup, and DRP, etc.) according to global Total policies.
  • Security Operations:
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Workstations are up to date with the latest Anti-Virus and security updates.
  • Responsible to verify and ensure the Access Attribution of the various data folders is done correctly
  • Responsible to build and test the DRP and Security Training
  • Directing the integration of IT operations, computer room, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, and data processing.
  • Software applications and data processing.
  • Establishing priorities for systems developments, maintenance, and operations.
  • Controlling the security aspects of information technology systems.
  • Maintain contact with our IT vendors.
  • Review and approve the invoices related to the IT department.
  • Report the entire security incident to the Head Quarter, to improve our system.
  • Quote the best IT equipment for the company based on the company’s recommendations.
  • Maintain all the IT equipment in the best and operationally possible.
  • Conducts and resolves all IT problems.
  • Take care of with promptitude all the calls or requests made by the users.
  • Explain to the user the best utilizations of the system.
  • Create the user profile of all users according to the tasks and duties.
  • Attend all related SAP applications, giving support to the Key Users.
  • Create and maintain all the access of the users to the different Servers and Applications.
  • Apply the support packages needed to be requested by TotalEnergies Group.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the strategy of backup according to the specifications of the company.
  • Make backup restore as a standard procedure to validate if the backup process is functioning as expected.
  • Responsible for IT Security being the RSCL-I for the affiliate.
  • Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
  • Among other tasks as assigned by management.

 

As Local Industrial Cyber Security Manager (L-ICSO) for the Industrial IS Perimeter of Site, he/she handles in particular:

  • The conformity of the Industrial Information Systems to the regulatory obligations and the Cyber Security referential of Total Marketing & Services
  • The inventory and cartography of the Industrial Information Systems and the associated risks
  • Advice and help the actors of the Industrial Information System for the implementation of the Cyber Security referential (integration of the Cyber Security in projects and action plan follow-up
  • Makes and sends to the Branch Industrial Cyber Security Officer (B-ICSO) the requested derogation request if needed
  • Ensure that the Cyber Security rules are integrated into the contract with vendors
  • He informs and trains the actors of the Industrial Information System on Cyber Security
  • Follow the Cyber Security incidents and participate in the monthly incident reporting and the annual self-assessment campaign.
  • Perform the local Cyber Security reviews
  • Warn the plant manager and the B-ICSO in case of a major Cyber security risk or incident.

  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Required to visit TEM PR sites to provide the required support.
  • IT equipment inventory management
  • Ensure that the fuel products inventory is maintained at an optimum level to avoid any business disruption and to optimize the cost of inventory to be supported by the company.
  • Ensure accuracy of information entered in SAP as far as product PO is concerned Ensure correct Daily EFPs order accurate hedging of TEMPR’s stock
  • Ensure that primary transport costs and import costs are optimized.
